Terms and Conditions:- Unless by prior arrangement rooms will be available on day of arrival from 4pm and on day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10am. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £25 per room/s per night/s booked is required when booking. Deposits paid by personal credit card charge is 1.31%. Deposits paid by Commercial credit card charge is 2.91%. Deposits paid by AX American Express card charge is 1.9%. Balance of payment to be made on check in.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:- If a cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival or a no show the total cost of the reservation will be levied if the accommodation remains unsold. Children 3 years and younger, no charge. Children 16 years old and over will be charged adult tariff £38.00p each.
